Payments & Deposits

We accept the following payment methods for rent and deposits. No other payment methods are accepted.

Method Details
Zelle Send payments by Zelle to the account information we provide when you sign your lease. Please include your property address in the payment memo.
Cashier's Check Made payable to Maldonado Investments. Personal checks are not accepted. Please write your property address on the memo line.
Cash (In Person Only) Cash is accepted in person only, and a receipt will always be provided. Never mail cash or leave it with anyone else.
Protect yourself from scams: We will never ask you to pay by gift card, wire transfer, Cash App, Venmo, or cryptocurrency, and we will never ask for a deposit before you have seen the home and spoken with us directly. If anyone requests payment for one of our properties by any method not listed above, do not pay. Contact us right away at ana.maldonadoinvestments@gmail.com.
