Applying is simple. Follow the steps below and we'll be in touch once we've reviewed your application.
Find a home you likeAll of our available houses are posted on our Facebook page with photos and rent details.
Download and complete the applicationPrint the application, fill it out completely, and sign it. Every adult who will live in the home should complete an application.
Return your application to usEmail your completed application to ana.maldonadoinvestments@gmail.com, or message us on Facebook to arrange drop-off in person.
Wait for our request for documentsIf your application moves forward, we will contact you and request supporting documents (such as ID and proof of income). At that point, you'll upload them on our Documents page using the access code we give you.
Please note: submitting an application does not guarantee approval or hold a property. Homes are rented to the first approved applicant. Do not send any money until you have spoken with us directly and confirmed payment details. See our Payments page for the only payment methods we accept.
